Postcards / Announcements
Postcards are a cost-effective method for communicating events such as announcing the opening of a new practice, adding new physicians and medical services, changes to office addresses, and marketing to referring physicians. Postcards could also be useful when announcing the implementation of a new patient portal & EMR/EHR, and a practice merger or aquisitions.
Postcards can distributed as leave-behind items, or mailed out to patients and referring physicians. Double-sided postcards are mailed in envelopes to referring physicians, patients, or other targeted demographic groups.

Marketing to Referring Physicians
Piedmont Cancer Institute
Piedmont Cancer Institute used this 5x7 inch postcard to simultaneously announce their newest location in Sandy Springs and introduce the oncologists practicing there, Dr. Rajni Sinha and Dr. Samantha Shams. Contact and referral information are featured on the back along with room for an address mailing label.
Marketing to Prospective Patients
Sunrise Ketamine Clinic
Sunrise Ketamine Clinic used its postcard to highlight the benefits of ketamine infusion for depression and anxiety, explain the safety of ketamine treatment, and feature its Idaho Falls location with a custom-drawn map. The benefits of treatment are discussed along with a 25% discount offer to nurses, first-responders, law enforcement, and military personnel.
Announcing New Physicians
Los Colinas Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy
Los Colinas Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy used this postcard to introduce Physician Collin Juergens to prospective patients in Irving, TX. The QR code on the front creates a new mobile device contact and the QR code on the back links to physician referral information.

Valentine Pediatrics
Valentine Pediatrics opened a new practice and sent postcards introducing Dr. Valentine to prospective patients and their parents. The postcard features a photo of the physician on the front of the card and the practice's services and information for a physician Meet & Greet as well as a photo of the practice location and contact information on the back.

Endocrinology & Osteoporosis Centers of Texas announces the opening of its new office location and features the medical team on the front of the card. The back of the card highlights medical services and its Houston, TX location with contact information and a custom-drawn map plus room for an address label.

Pain Consultants of Atlanta used this postcard to announce their membership in The Piedmont Clinic network and simultaneously market their pain management medicial services to referring physicians, primarily through Epic Systems (used by health systems to share electronic medical records).
Augusta-Aiken Orthopedic Specialists
Augusta-Aiken Orthopedic Specialists used this postcard to announce their expansion into the Aiken, SC area as well as market their wide array of orthopedic specialists to referring physicians. The back features their multiple locations and highlights the practice's same-day outpatient surgery center.

My Insurance Solutions helps eligible Medicare participants navigate their Medicare options. They used this postcard to market their services to prospective enrollees and announce the beginning and end periods for Medicare enrollment.

North Atlanta Primary Care uses these targeted postcards at a specific office location in their large practice (8 locations and growing). This 6 inch by 4 inch glossy double-sided postcard features the practice's services on the front and the practice's location-specific physicians, building photo, and contact information as well as a general and magnified view map of the location on the back.

This 6 inch by 4 inch double-sided glossy postcard features the practice's services and the doctor's experience. Pertinent contact information is highlighted on the front and back of the card.
The Pelvic Floor Institute
The Pelvic Floor Institute (PFI) postcard features a photograph of the physician with a brief introduction and photo, the practice's two office locations, and pelvic medical services provided. The postcard is used in referring physician practices as well as mailed to potential patients in the Tampa and Sarasota communities.
North Atlanta Spine & Pain Care
North Atlanta Spine & Pain Care opened a new practice and sent postcards to referring physicians introducing Dr. Newton and the practice information. The curve of the spine in the logo is repeated in the purple section of the card and colors from the logo are used throughout the card.
In addition, double-sided postcards were mailed as invitations to a practice Open House. Again, a professional photograph of the physician is included as well as a custom map and pertinent contact and event information. A graphic elements from the website design were included for added interest.
New Practice Open House
Medical Associates of Georgia
A new practice, Medical Associates of Georgia invited physicians and patients to an Open House to meet the physician and staff and to see the office. Graphic elements from the website and physician business cards were used to create a cohesive look and feel. Along with the open house details and practice information, a professional photograph of the physician and a custom map to the practice are included.
Patient Review Postcard
Northside Spine and Pain Specialists
Northside Spine and Pain Specialists uses these postcards to facilitate patient reviews on Vitals.com. This 6 inch by 4 inch glossy double-sided postcard features instructions for accessing the patient review website on the back and a specific physician (to be reviewed) on the front of the card.
